(c) Police service in the British
Isles prior to 1st January 1947 be
counted for pension purposes and,
that all Police service in Hong Kong
be similarly counted.
(d) That the former right of an
officer to retire at the end of 25
years service, on full pension, be
restored and that the present proposals
as to pensions and retirement be
modified accordingly
•
(e) Police officers be given the
right to reire at any age after
attaining 45 years, upon giving 3
months notice, instead of 3 years as
at present indicated
(f) That the scale of pay and
allowances be increased .
(g) That a deputation be received
to amplify or explain any matters
raised in this Petition .
